  • Consumer: Any individual purchasing products or services for personal, family, or household use (and not for commercial resale) from the Merchant via the Website.

  • Days: Calendar days unless otherwise specified as Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Merchant: Iris & Laura New York ("we," "us," or "our").

  • Return Period: The designated period during which a Consumer may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.

Section 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made between the Merchant and the Consumer via www.irislaura.com. By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Section 4 – Offers, Availability, and Product Representation

All products offered on the Website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to digital display settings and the natural properties of high-end textiles. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Section 5 – Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

An agreement is formed when the Consumer completes the checkout process and receives an electronic order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Section 6 – Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Costs

Consumers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, the Consumer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Customized, made-to-order, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Section 7 – Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

All prices are listed in US Dollars ($ USD). Prices do not include applicable state or local sales taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees, which will be calculated at checkout or billed directly by the carrier depending on the shipping destination.

Section 8 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. Delivery estimates are non-binding. Any significant delays will be communicated via email. Risk of loss passes to the Consumer upon delivery to the carrier.

Section 9 – Claims and Warranty Disclaimer

Any claims regarding damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported to support@irislaura.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • Warranty protections do not cover standard wear and tear of delicate fabrics, improper care, or misuse.

Section 10 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iris & Laura New York shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, products purchased through the Website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
